This 2023 Fuding White Peony tea brick is crafted from spring-harvested leaves in Guan Yang, Fuding - the protected origin of China's finest white teas. Hand-pressed in November 2024 with traditional techniques to preserve leaf integrity and optimize aging potential.

  1. Place the tea in a thermal
  2. Add hot water, and wait for 5mins
  3. Pour the tea and enjoy.
  4. Continue adding hot water to the pot when there is still half of the water left.
  5. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the tea and enjoy.
  7. Repeat steps 4-6 until the tea becomes weak.
