01A Starting Point for Cold Brewing
Try 4–5g whole-leaf tea per 500ml cold water, keep the infusion refrigerated, and taste after 8–12 hours before straining. Adjust the next batch to the tea and your preferences. Cold brewing does not mean bitter compounds or caffeine are completely left behind.
The selection spans white, green and jasmine teas as well as oolongs with different roasting levels. Floral refreshment and a roasted, fuller cup are different options rather than one universal cold-brew flavor.
