This is a short list — and that's intentional.
Every tea here made it through a stricter filter than usual. Not just "is this good?" but "is this genuinely worth the price, worth the space on the shelf, worth coming back to?"
Some are exceptional examples of specific processing styles. Some have aged into something we didn't expect. Some are simply the best version of a type of tea we've tasted
at this price point.
We don't add to this collection often. When we do, it's because something has earned its place.
