On Taoism (几于道) is one of Shaanxi's most innovative Fu brick tea producers, based in Jingyang County — the historical birthplace of Fuzhuan tea. Founded by a team of tea researchers and craftsmen deeply rooted in the Jingyang tradition, On Taoism is best known internationally for their 2020 Jingyang Golden Flower Fu Brick Tea Cake, which won the World Tea Championship — the highest international recognition in specialty tea.

What sets On Taoism apart is their willingness to push the boundaries of traditional Fuzhuan production. Beyond classic dark tea fu bricks, they apply the Golden Flower (金花, Jīn Huā) fermentation process — the cultivation of beneficial probiotic fungus Eurotium cristatum — to unconventional base materials including white tea, Yunnan leaf, and specialty compressed cakes. The result is a range of fu brick teas that respects tradition while offering flavors and formats rarely found outside China.
