This tea was harvested in 2020 in Fuding, Fujian Province. It uses top-quality tea buds and carefully selected young leaves to ensure the best quality. Meticulous craftsmanship and strict quality control during production contribute to its excellence.

The tea undergoes minimal fermentation and is airdried to maintain its light color and mellow taste.

Aged tea has a distinct flavor and taste compared to new tea. It is milder, sweeter, and gentler on the stomach and intestines. According to traditional beliefs, it also has enhanced antioxidant effects and is believed to have specific medicinal properties, such as treating oral ulcers and eliminating liver fire in the body.

Unlike other types of tea, aged white tea boasts unique characteristics. It features a darker black-brown color, a more restrained and long-lasting fragrance, and a richer taste with diverse aromas. It also carries a faint medicinal scent and a lasting aged aroma, making it a truly unique tea experience.

Due to different processing methods and chemical composition, the caffeine content in aged white tea is lower than in green or black tea.

When brewing our aged white tea, we recommend using the soaking method in a thermos with good heat preservation. For every 100ml of water, use 3g of the leaves and pour in boiling water at 100 degrees Celsius. Let it soak for 25 minutes before savoring. The large and thick aged tea leaves can withstand high-temperature water without tasting bitter, ensuring a unique brewing experience.

These details should help you understand the unique qualities and brewing process of aged white tea.
