[Video]How to make tea simple? The Fu Tea guide

About Fu Tea

Fu tea/ Fuzhuan Tea/ Fu Brick Tea/茯茶 is a type of dark tea that is produced in Shaanxi Province, China. It is a post-fermented tea that is made from large-leafed tea plants. Fu tea is known for its complex flavor and aroma, with notes of earth, wood, minerals, and sometimes even fruit or flowers. It is also said to have a number of health benefits, many of which are attributed to its gold flower.

One of the most distinctive features of Fu tea is its gold flower. Gold flower is a type of mold that grows all over the inside of Fu tea during the fermentation process. This mold is not harmful and actually contributes to the unique flavor and aroma of the tea. Additionally, gold flower is believed to have several health benefits, including:

  • Improved digestion
  • Reduced inflammation
  • Lowered cholesterol
  • Increased energy
  • Strengthened immune system

How to Make Fu Tea Simple?

During my morning commute to work, I take a minute at home to prepare a pot of Fu tea, bring it to the office, and savor it throughout the day. Please watch my video.

Brew your tea in a thermos for 1 minute at home, take the tea with you, and enjoy the mellow and sweet Fu 茯tea after 20-30 minutes. You don't need to take out the tea bag in the thermos and brew it repeatedly with hot water for 5 or more times, just increase the brewing time. You can enjoy it all day long. This is the most convenient and simple way to brew tea. I love brewing tea this way.
