Smooth, naturally sweet, and full of history — this unsmoked Lapsang Souchong is Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong at its finest.

Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong (正山小种), also known as Lapsang Souchong, is one of the oldest and most influential black teas in the world. Grown in the protected core of Tongmu Village(桐木关), Wuyi Mountains, this tea represents the birthplace of black tea. Unlike the heavily smoked styles found elsewhere, our tea is a non-smoky version that highlights the natural elegance of the original leaf.

Crafted by Ruolan Tea Factory, a family-run workshop with more than 50 years of experience in Wuyi tea, this tea reflects deep craftsmanship and heritage. The leaves are tightly rolled, slightly twisted, and carry a dark glossy color with some golden buds — a mark of quality. Once brewed, you’ll enjoy a silky, rich infusion with natural floral, fruity, and honey-like aromas, and a clean, lingering sweetness.

Unlike modern black teas, real Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong offers a calm and grounding experience. It's easy to drink, low in bitterness, and soothing to the throat. Whether you’re exploring Chinese black tea or seeking a smooth everyday favorite, this is a benchmark worth keeping.
