Jingwei Fu Tea Collection

Jingwei Fu Tea (泾渭茯茶) stands at the heart of the modern revival of Shaanxi’s Fu Brick Tea. Named after the Jing (泾河) and Wei Rivers (渭河), this renowned producer is rooted in Xi’an and deeply committed to restoring the legacy of Fu Tea—a once-famous tradition that had nearly vanished from its birthplace.

In the early 2000s, when Fu Tea production in Shaanxi was almost lost, Jingwei Fu Tea led the charge to bring it back. They researched ancient techniques, invested in fermentation craftsmanship, and built one of the first modern Fu Tea factories in the region. Their dedication helped re-establish Shaanxi as a key origin of this unique, probiotic-rich dark tea.

Today, Jingwei Fu Tea offers both time-honored classics and refined innovations, with their signature “Golden Flowers” (Eurotium cristatum) blooming beautifully in every brick. For us, this brand represents not only consistent quality—but also the soul of Fu Tea’s resurgence.
