When the leaves of glutinous rice and Pu'er tea leaves are mixed and pressed into a tea cake or tea, it becomes Glutinous Rice Fragrance Pu'er Tea or Nuomi Xiang Pu-erh. The way to make Glutinous Rice Fragrance Pu'er Tea is the same as regular Pu'er tea.
The maker of this tea is from the Tea Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It's the only public and basic provincial research unit for tea in Yunnan. It started in 1938 and is very important in Chinese Pu'er tea.
