Our customers and tea friends often gather on The Tea Table, a tea community on Discord originally created by tea enthusiast Liquid Proust in 2020.
Inside the server, members discuss tea, share tasting notes, and help each other learn more about Chinese tea.
Some of our customers have also started a small OrientaLeaf corner there to chat about the teas they’re drinking. If you'd like to meet other tea drinkers and join the conversation, you're warmly welcome to join.
After you join the server, feel free to jump straight into our little corner HERE>>>

Finding real Pu-erh tea for sale online shouldn't feel like a gamble. In a market flooded with "famous mountain" labels and suspiciously cheap prices, we've chosen a different path. At Orientaleaf, we don't follow the hype. We only offer a curated selection of Yunnan Pu-erh that we personally enjoy and trust.
We don’t chase market trends. You won’t find suspiciously cheap "Gushu" (Ancient Tree) cakes here, because we know the reality of the tea mountains. We refuse to sell low-grade tea masquerading as premium stock. Instead, we focus on integrity and transparency. Our selection ranges from high-quality daily drinkers to rare, micro-lot Ancient Tree Pu-erh for those seeking a deeper connection with Yunnan’s terroir.
All our teas are stored in our warehouse in Xi’an, the historic starting point of the Silk Road. Unlike the humid environments of the south, the crisp, dry climate of Northern China allows for authentic dry storage.
We choose this for one reason: Purity. While the aging process in Xi’an is slower than in humid regions, the result is a remarkably clean profile. You will find no damp odors or "off-flavors" in our aged raw pu-erh tea. We prioritize the slow, steady evolution of the leaf to ensure that when it reaches your cup, you taste the tea, not the warehouse.
Whether you are exploring the vibrant energy of a raw (sheng) pu-erh or the velvet depth of a ripe (shu) tea, remember that your own palate is the final judge. We provide detailed origin data and our own tasting notes, but these are merely a compass.
From convenient ripe pu-erh pearls for your office routine to vintage cakes for focused Gong Fu brewing, we invite you to find the "soul" of the tea that resonates with you. At Orientaleaf, what you see is a reflection of the tea mountains we call home.
