霧に包まれた山々の中で 雲南省勐海市夜はまだ涼しく、朝霧が古い茶樹を覆い隠す頃、最も早い春の芽が出てきます。ふっくらと柔らかいこれらの芽は、 太陽にキスされた金色の髪は、完熟プーアル茶に抜群の甘さとクリーミーなコクを与えることで高く評価されています。
