成熟した茶樹から採れた、滑らかで落ち着いた武夷烏龍茶。深い香り、豊かなテクスチャー、そして長く続く後味をお楽しみいただけます。

このラオツォン・シュイシエン(老枞水仙)、あるいはオールドブッシュ・シュイシエンは、50年以上の樹齢を持つ茶樹から作られた伝統的な武夷岩茶です。福建省の武夷山の崖で栽培され、これらの背が高く剪定されていない茶樹は、自然で生物多様性に富んだ環境で育ちます。その樹齢と標高が、香りと風味の両方に特徴的な深みを与えています。

若い水仙茶と比べて、この老木バージョンはよりまろやかで層のある味わいを提供します。その香りは繊細でありながらも持続的で、熟成した木材、乾燥梅、そしてほのかな焙煎果実の香りが、茶湯から徐々に立ち上がります。味わいはふくよかで滑らか、丸みを帯びており、長く優しい甘みが喉に残ります。
