Xi'an is not where most people expect to find aged pu-erh.
But that's exactly the point. Our storage sits at over 400 meters elevation, with dry winters and stable humidity year-round. Tea aged here develops slowly — no shortcuts, no humidity to accelerate the process. What you get instead is a cleaner, quieter kind of aging: less warehouse character, more of the tea itself.
Every tea in this collection has been stored with us in Xi'an for years. We taste them regularly. We know what they've become.
