Shipping Information

  1. Flat rate worldwide shipping: $9.5 per order (no hidden fees).
  2. Orders are processed within 2 working day.
  3. It usually takes 7-20 business days to arrive in your country; however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. 
  4. Chinese domestic shipping may experience delays during public holidays.
  5. Chinese domestic shipping may experience delays during the following major public holidays:
    • Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) — Usually about 7 days off, dates vary each year based on the lunar calendar, typically between late January and mid-February.
    • Qingming Festival (Tomb-Sweeping Day) — Usually 3 days off, around April 4th or 5th.
    • Labor Day — May 1st, usually about 3 days off.
    • Dragon Boat Festival — Usually 3 days off, date varies based on the lunar calendar (around June).
    • Mid-Autumn Festival — Usually 3 days off, date varies based on the lunar calendar (around September or October). Sometimes combined with National Day for a longer holiday.
    • National Day — October 1st, typically a 7-day “Golden Week” holiday.

These holidays often cause high logistics demand and may result in longer shipping times. For exact dates, it’s best to refer to the official annual public holiday announcements by the Chinese government.

Logistics and Customs

  • International logistics costs are high relative to product price; we subsidize part of the cost for you.
  • We partner with reliable, cost-effective shipping providers.
  • All products ship directly from China. Each country has its own customs rules and fees.
  • Our shipping service includes applicable taxes and fees, so in most cases, you will not need to pay additional customs duties or consumption taxes. However, customs policies vary by destination country and are beyond our control. If customs duties are imposed, the customer is responsible for paying these fees.

Delivery and Lost Parcels

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct.
  • Delivery time is an estimate; customs checks and flight delays are beyond our control.
  • A valid phone number is required for successful delivery.
  • We assist with claims for lost parcels, but we cannot guarantee outcomes.

Damaged Goods

  • All items are carefully packaged before dispatch.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please send photos within 3 days of receipt.
  • No replacements or refunds can be offered for damage reported after 3 days.

Other

  • No warranty is provided for tea sets.
