Un oolong Wuyi doux et moulu, fabriqué à partir de théiers matures, offrant un arôme profond, une texture riche et un arrière-goût durable.

Ce Lao Cong Shui Xian (老枞水仙), ou Shui Xian du Vieux Buisson, est un thé traditionnel Wuyi Rock Tea, élaboré à partir de théiers de plus de 50 ans. Cultivés sur les falaises des monts Wuyi, dans le Fujian, ces grands arbres non taillés prospèrent dans un environnement naturel et riche en biodiversité. Leur âge et leur altitude confèrent à ce thé une profondeur caractéristique, tant en arômes qu'en saveurs.

Comparée aux thés Shui Xian plus jeunes, cette version Old Bush offre une expérience plus douce et complexe. Son parfum est subtil mais persistant : un mélange de bois vieilli, de prune séchée et de notes de fruits grillés émergeant progressivement de la liqueur de thé. Son goût est corsé, onctueux et rond, avec une douceur longue et subtile qui persiste en bouche.

La liqueur de thé infuse jusqu'à une teinte ambrée profonde. Très résistante aux infusions multiples, elle conserve sa clarté et sa saveur même après huit infusions.

Nous nous approvisionnons en thé auprès de la Ruolan Tea Factory de Nanping, dans le Fujian, une entreprise familiale forte de plus de 50 ans d'expertise dans la fabrication du Wuyi Yancha.
